I trained at Royal Holloway University of London (BSc), and then completed my MSc degree at UCL, followed by my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy PGDip at Royal Holloway University of London. I spent time working with the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service to support individuals who were impacted by the Grenfell tower fire. Following this, I worked with Moderate-Severe Anxiety and Depression in Primary Care in Hammersmith and Fulham IAPT.
More recently I am working with long-term health conditions at UCLH providing support to clients with chronic physical conditions to aid acceptance and reclaiming life following diagnosis.
My aim is to work collaboratively with to understand and challenge your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
My areas of speciality include working with: OCD, Panic disorder, phobias, low self-esteem, Depression, generalised anxiety disorder, PTSD, managing long-term health conditions, bereavement, abuse, anger management, health anxiety, obsessions.

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation before the first session. In the consultation we can explore what brings you to therapy, what your goals and expectations are, how I work, how we can work together and any questions or concerns that you may have.
The initial session can then be booked after the consultation. After the initial session, we can make arrangements for future sessions. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
I am currently working flexibly making use of telephone and online treatment on different platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
